These Terms of Service and Enrollment Agreement ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Rapid Threat Recognition ("RTR") training program, website, and all associated digital content and exercises provided by Observation On Demand, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the RTR program or accessing any portion of the RTR members area, you ("Student," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete enrollment or access the members area.

1. Program Description

The Rapid Threat Recognition program is a cognitive training curriculum designed to improve visual processing speed, observational acuity, and threat identification skills. The program includes a digital student manual, interactive flash recognition exercises, and supplemental training materials delivered through the Company's online platform.

RTR is intended for law enforcement officers, security professionals, licensed concealed carry holders, and other qualified adults. Enrollment does not confer law enforcement authority, certification, licensure, or any professional credential recognized by any governmental or regulatory body.

2. Supplemental Training — Not a Standalone Certification

The RTR program is designed as a supplemental cognitive training tool and is not intended to replace, substitute for, or satisfy any mandatory law enforcement training, use-of-force qualification, firearms certification, or agency-required curriculum. Completion of the RTR program does not certify proficiency in any tactical, legal, or operational standard.

Any Certificate of Completion issued upon finishing the RTR program reflects completion of the program's exercises and content only, and shall not be construed as evidence of proficiency, qualification, or fitness for duty in any professional or legal context.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in the RTR Individual Program requires payment of the stated enrollment fee at the time of purchase. All fees are charged in U.S. dollars. By completing payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information you supply is accurate.

Your enrollment provides you with individual, non-transferable access to the RTR members area, student manual, and all available exercises for the duration of your active membership.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital delivery of all RTR program materials upon enrollment, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued after access to the members area has been granted. By completing enrollment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the program description and understand this no-refund policy.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the program, contact us at the address listed below and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

THE RTR PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT COMPLETION OF THE RTR PROGRAM WILL IMPROVE YOUR PERFORMANCE IN ANY SPECIFIC REAL-WORLD SITUATION, PREVENT INJURY OR DEATH, OR SATISFY ANY LEGAL OR PROFESSIONAL STANDARD.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE RTR PROGRAM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR ACTIONS OR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON RTR TRAINING CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR ENROLLMENT.

6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that law enforcement, security work, and concealed carry activities involve inherent risks that no training program can eliminate. By enrolling in RTR, you assume full responsibility for how you apply any knowledge or skills developed through the program, and you agree that the Company is not liable for any outcome resulting from your use or application of RTR training content.

7. Intellectual Property

All RTR program content — including the student manual, exercise designs, training methodology, branding, and digital materials — is the exclusive property of Observation On Demand, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the RTR content for your own personal training purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any RTR content without the prior written consent of the Company. Sharing your access credentials or allowing others to access the members area using your account is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the RTR program only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:

9. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

10. Changes to This Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the RTR program following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
